What Are Canapés?
Canapés are small, bite-sized appetisers — beautifully made, full of flavour, and perfect for all types of events, from parties and celebrations to networking events and award ceremonies. They’re those irresistible little nibbles that not only look impressive but taste every bit as good as they look.
Which canapés will I need to heat?
All our canapés are freshly prepared on the morning of your event and delivered cold.
What is the size of the box?
Each box measures 32 cm x 23 cm x 5 cm (height).
They fit comfortably in a standard fridge, and canapés can be stored safely for up to 24 hours when refrigerated.
How many canapés do you recommend?
or a typical 1 to 1.5-hour cocktail reception, we recommend serving 6 to 8 canapés per person. If your event lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, we suggest increasing to 10 to 12 canapés per guest to ensure everyone is satisfied.
These quantities are ideal for standing receptions, networking events, or pre-dinner gatherings, where canapés are served as the main light bites. For longer or more food-focused events, you may wish to supplement with additional finger foods or mini sandwiches.

Do your prices include VAT?
Our canapés are supplied as a cold food delivery service, which is zero VAT rated.
Please note: canapés must be removed from their transport packaging and placed onto your own platters before serving.
How much notice do you need for orders?
We require a minimum of 48 to 72 hours’ notice, depending on availability and the size of your event.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all London boroughs, including Central, North, South, East and West London.
We also deliver outside London, including Windsor, Woking, Guildford and Watford.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes, we deliver from Monday to Saturday with two main delivery slots:

- Morning: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm
If your event falls outside these times, we can often arrange a special delivery on request.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order; however, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the notice period. Please have a look at the Terms and condition
Do you provide gluten-free or dairy-free options?
Yes. Please specify your dietary requirements, and we’ll take extra care when preparing your order.
Do you provide vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan canapés.

How do you deliver your products?
We use disposable cardboard boxes, each containing a sturdy cardboard platter with a protective plastic lid.

We always do our best to accommodate urgent orders.
Please note: This service requires a minimum of 10 to 15 days’ notice, so we recommend booking your event well in advance. VAT will be applied to all invoices for hire equipment services.
Do You Organise Event Staff Like Butlers or Waiters With the Delivery?
Yes, we can arrange professional event staff, including butlers and waiters, to assist with your event setup and guest service. This service is available for food orders over £450 and is subject to staff availability. As we operate with a limited team, staffing is handled case-by-case based on our event calendar.
Please note: When staff are provided, VAT is applicable on the full invoice total, including food and staffing costs. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.
How Many Finger Foods Come in a Box?
Most of our finger food boxes include 20 pieces per box, depending on the selection. However, certain items are available individually by the piece, giving you full flexibility to tailor your order for any group size—
from intimate gatherings to large events.
What’s the Difference Between Canapés and Finger Food?
Canapés are typically bite-sized and designed to be eaten in one elegant bite, making them ideal for cocktail receptions and formal events.
Finger foods are slightly larger — usually two to three bites each — and are better suited for buffets, lunches, and casual gatherings.
Do You Provide Allergen and Ingredient Information for Your Products?
Yes, we include a full list of ingredients and allergens with every box of food we deliver. Each box is clearly labelled and also includes the recommended date of consumption.
